About the Team:
Andrew Trotter grew up in Africa, Jamaica, Canada and England, finally settling in Florida. Graduating Rollins, he used his business knowledge and entrepreneurial spirit to start an entertainment company that quickly became one of the largest in the region. He then turned his talents to launching a Vodka business. He got into Real Estate in Winter Park and immediately realized he found his calling. Being a natural people person, this was absolutely the right fit. He partnered with Donna Tofal who has 18 years experience in Palm Coast real estate, to concentrate solely on Property Management, so he could provide the customer care that the business demands. Together with an amazing administrative, accounting and maintenance team, and the most cutting edge management software, whether a Tenant or Owner, you will experience legendary quality of service with AWT Property Management.

A receptionist will take your calls Monday â€“ Saturday during regular business hours, and after hours, your calls will get transferred to one of our property managers’ cell phones or my own. I make myself fully available to both the owners and the tenants and will be available to you day or night. We are here to serve the tenants with repair needs, and will work diligently when receiving a maintenance call to remedy it as quickly as possible. We have a trusted network of repair companies that we use regularly to expedite the scheduling and lower the costs related to repairs and renovations.
